SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to Singapore and Japan.

Made-to-order products generally require approximately 4–6 weeks from order confirmation before they are ready to ship.

Production times may vary depending on the product and order specifications. Additional time may also be required due to production schedules, sourcing of materials, quality inspections, shipping carriers, customs procedures, or other circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

In-stock items will be shipped once they are ready for dispatch.

SHIPPING FEES

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders to Singapore and Japan.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Any estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only. Delivery may be delayed due to shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

For international shipments to Japan, customs duties, import taxes, consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges may apply upon delivery.

These charges are not included in the product price and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
